What welding processes do you use?
MIG and TIG cover most of what we build. We choose based on the metal, its thickness, and where the joint sits on the finished piece.
What metals can you weld?
Steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and brass. Aluminum and stainless take a different setup than mild steel, and we run both regularly.
Will the welds show?
Only if you want them to. Tell us the joint needs to disappear and we grind and blend it flat, then hand it off to polish, powdercoat, or plating.
Can you handle production welding?
Yes. Single prototypes through runs of thousands. Fixturing keeps part number one thousand matching part number one.
What affects the price?
Design, material, joint count, finish, and quantity. Every quote gets priced to the project in front of us.
